Introducing Culture Vision in Nursing & Allied Health Source

A growing number of patients are from diverse cultural backgrounds. It is imperative that health care studies, research and providers understand how a person’s culture affects their view of health, medicine and treatment options. The addition of ProQuest’s comprehensive Culture Vision database provides reports and reviews on 30 ethnicities and 11 religions in an intuitive browsing format. 

To access this resource, open Nursing & Allied Health Source from the Research Databases list. Select the Browse tab at the top. The Culture Competency Briefs: Religion, Ethnicity and Care link will access the database.

LegalTrac now at the Walden Library

LegalTrac is now available at the Walden Library. This database indexes over 875 titles in the legal field including law reviews, bar association journals and many more. Contains some full-text. This is an excellent resource for students studying ethics and those in public policy.
