Journal of Public Health Management & Practice

The library is happy to announce that we have purchased a full subscription to the Journal of Public Health Management & Practice. JPHMP is hosted in our Ovid Nursing Journals database.

Student PSP –(click on)–> Walden University Library link –> Research Databases link –> Databases by Name –> Ovid Nursing Journals

Once in Ovid, click on “Your Journals @ Ovid” and then click the “Find Citation” tab. There students can enter the citation information for an assigned reading to go straight to a particular article. Or, fill in just the Journal blank with Journal of Public Health Management & Practice and this will pull up all the articles from that publication.

Note: you will always need to use the ampersand rather than writing out “and” in the journal title for the search to work.

Faculty can also access the journal; simply start at the Faculty PSP and then follow the steps above.

New Web Site Debuts

The Library is pleased to debut the new web site. We’ve made navigation easier, added a form so you can send us reference questions that way, changed the look and feel to make it easier to tell you’re in a Walden site, and changed the authentication so all students and faculty can reach us through their psps. No more logins and passwords to forget! Staff should use eCampus to login to the library.
